Admission Process
Step 1: Purchase the admission form by either visiting the school or filling it up online.
Step 2: Check the checklist and arrange for the missing documents.
(Parents must submit original and supporting copies)
- Original form purchased from the school and duly filled, giving all the details
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Blood Group Report
- Caste Certificate
- Student’s Aadhaar Card
- Parent’s Educational Qualification Certificate
- Parent’s Aadhaar Card
- Parent’s PAN Card
- Salary Slip / Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Completed Medical Form
Step 3 : Attend the interaction with both the parents and the child on the given day, date and time, with all the documents mentioned in step 2.
Step 4 : Check the selection list for your child’s name. You will also receive a message from the school confirming whether the child’s name is there in the list or not.
Step 5 : If your child’s name is there in the list, confirm the admission by paying the complete school fees in one instalment.

To establish a transparent, efficient, and structured process for admission to Pre-Primary and higher standards (Std. 1 and above), maintaining institutional integrity and stakeholder confidence Vision follows Standard Operating Procedure for an admission process.
Pre-Primary Admission Process
Step 1: Admission Form Distribution
- Collect Admission Form Fee: ₹500/-
- Provide the following documents to parents:
- School Brochure
- Fee Structure Leaflet
- Medical Form
- Fee Undertaking Form
- School Rules Document
Step 2: Student Information Registration
- Record the following in the Admission Register:
- Student's Name & Address
- Date of Birth & Caste Details
- Parent's Educational Qualifications
Step 3: Interaction Scheduling
- Inform parents about:
- Date & Time of Interaction
- Selection List release date
- Fee Payment schedule
Step 4: Documents Required on Interaction Day
- Parents must submit original and supporting copies of:

Step 5: Pre-Interaction Communication
- Create a WhatsApp group for parents 2 days before interaction.
- Share:
- Invitation Message
- School Introduction Video
Step 6: Interaction Day Activities
- Teachers verify all documents.
- Interaction is conducted as per schedule.
Step 7: Selection & Confirmation
- Send a message confirming:
- Student’s Selection
- Division Allocation
- Date of fee payment intimation
Step 8: Confirmation Slip
- Prepare Confirmation Slip for selected students.
- Include Division details
- Get Signatures of Supervisor and Headmistress
Step 9: Fee Payment
- Ensure timely fee payment by parents on assigned dates.
Admission Process: Std. 1 and Above
Step 10: Admission Criteria
- Entrance Test is mandatory
- Minimum 50% score required for eligibility.
- No Leaving Certificate (LC) required at this stage.
- Admission Fee is waived for qualifying students.
